Case Study — Chicago Women in Philanthropy

Annual Luncheon, celebrating a legacy of leadership

CWIP's signature event — honoring a woman whose leadership has made a lasting mark on philanthropy, and the room where colleagues reconnect and celebrate collective impact together.

The brief

Each year the Annual Luncheon celebrates a woman whose leadership has made a powerful, lasting contribution to philanthropy. It's CWIP's biggest event of the year — and its most personal, built around honoring one individual while giving the wider membership a reason to reconnect and celebrate what they've built together.

I designed the full event brand across every touchpoint the honoree, sponsors, and guests would see — event graphics for each program role, email campaigns, the on-screen slide deck, print signage, the sponsorship prospectus, and the table program guests took home.
